My Law Practice

My practice is focused primarily in the areas of criminal defense, DWI defense, traffic ticket defense, personal injury, and business litigation.  I have experience in defending both felony and misdemeanor criminal cases.  I also have experience in representing businesses and individuals in a variety of business disputes and litigation matters.  Before becoming a licensed attorney, I worked as a law clerk for the Nebraska Attorney General's Office in the Consumer Protection Division.  While I cannot guarantee a particular outcome, I will work hard to aggressively advocate on your behalf regardless of whether it is defending you in a criminal law matter, protecting your interests in business dispute or business litigation matter, or seeking to recover compensation for injuries suffered due to the negligence of another.  I will always strive to ensure that you get the fair treatment that you deserve.
