My Law Practice

My litigation practice is focused primarily in the areas of criminal defense, DWI defense, traffic ticket defense, and consumer litigation.  I have experience in handling and successfully trying criminal offenses throughout Harris County and the surrounding counties.  Generally, I charge a flat fee to represent an individual in a criminal defense or DWI defense matter.  An additional trial fee may be required in certain cases.  Remember in any criminal case, you have a constitutional right to the presumption of innocence until the State of Texas proves that you are guilty by proof beyond a reasonable doubt.  As a criminal defense attorney, it is my job to diligently investigate the facts and law of your case, and to vigorously and zealously defend your constitutional rights against the State of Texas.  I have litigation experience from working in the Nebraska Attorney General's Office as a law clerk in the Consumer Protection Division.  I had the opportunity to work on consumer cases involving multi-state litigation against several large companies.  In addition, I have experience and legal training in handling legal disputes in the areas of consumer law & commercial litigation.  While I cannot guarantee a particular outcome of any legal matter, I will aggressively advocate on your behalf to ensure that your constitutional and legal rights are protected.  No matter what your criminal defense and/or consumer litigation matter, I will always strive to ensure that you get the fair treatment that you deserve and seek to provide you with peace of mind.
