I aggressively defend those individuals that have been accused and charged with           criminal offenses against the State of          Texas.  I primarily represent individuals that have been charged with state felony and/or  misdemeanor offenses.  These criminal        offenses include:

I have experience in handling and trying criminal cases in Harris County and the greater Houston area.  Although I cannot guarantee a particular outcome,  I will always strive to seek a dismissal in any criminal case.  In cases where a dismissal is unavailable, I will seek to reach a favorable plea bargain from the prosecutor.  In other instances, a jury trial may be necessary to seek an acquittal (not guilty verdict/dismissal) in your criminal case.

A criminal conviction may result not only in jail and/or fines, but also may result in collateral consequences including:

Generally, I charge a reasonable flat fee to represent an individual in a criminal misdemeanor case.  For most criminal cases, I require that one-half (1/2) of the fee paid upfront to retain my services in a criminal case.  This flat fee includes the filing of any pretrial motions and legal representation at all scheduled non-trial/pretrial settings.  However, an additional trial fee is required for those cases that require a trial.  Trial fees will vary depending upon the circumstances of each individual case.  I offer flexible payment plans and accept major credit cards.
