Can anyone tell me if the red light camera’s has been changed in the state of Texas? I have read several articles but nothing that specifically states this law has changed state wide. I am being harassed by an out of state company to pay a fine for running a red light in Jersey Village. The car was purchased by my husband and myself and we pruchased the car for my sister. She was driving the car. At her advice I gave her the ticket and she said on May 27, 2010 Paul Kubosh suied the state and won. But I continue to receive letters from the collection agency. Please tell me where I can find the information about the court hearing and mail it back to the collection agency.
